Your personal data will be transferred to Arcon Kozmetik San. Tic. Ltd. Şirketi (“Company”), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection law No.6698 (“Law”), within the scope described below.

Our purposes for processing your personal data

Your collected personal data may be processed in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 and 6 of the Law, in the processes related to wage management, side benefits and benefit management, monitoring and supervision of the work activities of the employees, efficiency and productivity analysis of business activities, occupational health and safety, following of legal requests and works, information security, emergency and case management, meeting the information requests of authorized institutions and organizations, performance management, corporate communication, talent and career development, finance and accounting operations and personnel affairs, for the purposes of;

a-)Planning and execution of the human resources policies and processes of the Company,

b-)Carrying out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by the company and to execute the related business processes,

c-)Planning and execution of the commercial and business strategies of the Company,

d-)Carrying out the necessary work by our business units and execution of the relevant business processes in order to benefit the relevant persons from the products and services offered by the Company,

e-)It may be processed for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical, commercial and occupational safety of our Company and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with our Company.

To whom and for what purpose can we transfer your personal data?

Your collected personal data, may be transferred to our shareholders, suppliers, business/solution partners and legally authorized public and private institutions and organizations within the scope of the above-mentioned Purposes by our Company in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

What is the collection method and legal reason for your personal data?

Your personal data is collected in accordance with the Law by automatic methods via the applications you make using e-mail or other channels, the recording of your personal data you share on career platforms where you make your personal data public, the recording of your information shared with us by the consultancy companies we work with, the sharing of your information with our company by authorized institutions and organizations, the transmission of information about the reference person to us via e-mail or various means, the recording of the information you provide during the job interview or the evaluations to be made by our officials and the offer to be prepared as a result of this evaluation in digital media, security cameras if you visit our workplace (head office or stores) for a job interview, recording the information of the clarification text we provide to you and recording your information in our systems during the explicit consent and clarification processes made in electronic media, and by non-automatic methods via recording the information that you provide during the job interview or the evaluations to be made by our officials and the offer to be prepared as a result of this evaluation on a material platform, via the delivery of them to us by hand or by cargo during the explicit consent and clarification processes made in writing.

With the methods mentioned above;

• Your personal data regarding your job application and evaluation course is processed based on the legal reason that “provided that is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract, it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract”, “the data processing is mandatory fort he legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”., “data processing is obligatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right” and “it has been made public by the person concerned”,
• Your personal data regarding your security camera courses are processed based on the legal reason that “data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right”.

 You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time and without any justification and terminate personal data processing activities based on explicit consent.

What are your rights?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, we inform you that you have the following rights as data subjects:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred inward or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Although it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant provisions of the law, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object if a result arises against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding your rights listed above to Kozmetik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Data Owner Application Form, which you can access at www.arconkozmetik.com.tr. Depending on the feature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
